By accessing or using our site and services you accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
1. Services Offered
We offer wellness services, spa services, therapeutic massage, body care, lymphatic massage, post-surgical care support, relaxation treatments, and related body care products. Our services do not constitute medical advice and do not replace the care of a healthcare professional.
2. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are made through our website. Payment is processed securely via Stripe, Inc. at the time of appointment confirmation. We accept major credit and debit cards. A booking is considered confirmed only when we receive full payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price. No-shows without prior notice carry a 100% charge.
4. Refunds
Individual sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are 100% refundable. Session packages are refundable only for the value of unused sessions, prorated at the individual session price. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Promotional Codes and Offers
Promotional codes and exclusive offers are subject to the specific terms of each promotion: expiration date, usage limits, and applicable services. They are not stackable unless expressly indicated. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.
6. Health and Contraindications
The client declares to be in adequate physical condition to receive the services. It is the client's responsibility to inform the specialist about any medical condition, pregnancy, allergy, or treatment that may affect the session. In certain cases we may require medical authorization before proceeding.
7. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, or who arrives under the influence of alcohol or substances. Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward our staff will result in immediate cancellation of service without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YC SHALOM LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, logos, design) is the property of YC SHALOM LLC or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
10. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://ycshalom.com/en/politica-privacidad.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
